Dear positive

Unfortunately uterine transplantation with the intention of future pregnancies is unlikely at this stage. As in the case of most organ transplantation there is a need to use strong immuno-suppressives to maintain the transplanted organ. These immuno-suppressives are unfortunately contra-indicated in infertility and can seriously inhibit implantation. Therefore, even if uterine transplantation was possible, it would not serve the purpose and is therefore not pursued as an option world-wide.
Surrogacy will be your most feesaible option at this stage.
