im 19 years old bt only with 36kg....ma height is 5'1....im south asian non-veg..so can u advice me how to increase ma weight??a daily food chart??
i guess this is ma family problem....ma mom was also underweight bt not now...she's gain a lot..ma dad is still slim...bt im concern bec. sometimes i feel weak.i cant hv more than one paratha in the morning.i feel vomiting...can u plz help me as soon as possible????
