sick after gym
after I started Gym on the third day I was really sick. my muscles were stiff than normal, I was hot but cold and sweaty at the same time, sweat a lot at night too. I developed what I think is tonsils, back of my throat red with white patches and difficult to swallow, there is no sneezing or caughing or blocked and runny nose. I wouldn't say I was exposed to cold because after Gym went into sauna and had a warm shower, wore track suit right after and got into car and ddnt even turn on aircon or heater. I do drink lots of water during the 1hr earobics. what could be wrong?
