a beginner
I am 26 and have never been to gym. But my bmi index is 22. i am willing to join gym now and would like your help in suggesting me a schedule.

My suggestion for a schedule is that you check out the fitness page of the Health24 site, click on Programmes, and then browse through what is on offer. You will see a number of different ones, including running, walking and swimming based programmes. My advice is to begin with one of these, and then if you feel up to it, jump ahead to whichever week you feel you are currently at. The problem with these programmes is that you can't always apply the same programme to everyone, but these are flexible enough that you can tailor them to suit your needs.
