how can i be fit cos my body is so stiff
Hi Baby,
Some people are born with stiffer musculoskeletal units, but it can get "looser" over time. The more you exercise, the looser your muscles and joints become. Always begin exercise with gentle stretching. Don't bounce! And then gently begin exercise and gradually build up to the intensity that you want. Also, try and exercise in the middle or end of the day when your body is warmed up. "Stiffness" is not an excuse NOT to exercise!
