What is the best safest, quickest way to lose a few kilos, eg. big abdomen and big waist.

The best way is to combine regular exercise (at least 3 -4 sessions of moderate intensity exercise for about 40 mins or so a wee), with a low fat, well-balanced diet.
Don't expect weight loss of greater than 0.8 - 1kg per week - faster then this is not rceommended.

For exercise suggestion, go to the fitness page of this site and click on Shape up for Summer (home-based) or War on Wobbles (gym-based), and follow the programme. Also write to Dietdoc about a healthy, low fat diet.

Stick to it and you should be very pleased with the results!
