Cant lose weight on legs
i have a problem losing weight on my legs,its as if they're swollen, im only 21 years old,and im not overweight or anything, i also excercise regularly,i cant understand why my legs are getting so fat,please can you help me,it starts from just above my ankles to my thighs and its really worrying me.your help will be highly appreciated.

If your weight on the legs is due to the accumulation of fat tissue (which is a very very common problem, as you will see if your read the posts on this forum), then your answer is regular cardiovascular exercise and a good diet. Some people do just tend to gain weight in one or two areas of the body - perhaps you are someone who gains weight in the legs. the answer to this problem is the same, no matter where the weight lies. Regular cardio training such as walking, jogging, running, swimming or cycling. In order to burn the fat, you need to do these types of cardiovascular exercises as least 4 - 5 times a week for at least 30 - 45 minutes. This will help to increase the amount of calories that you use and help to decrease your body fat.
