Hi Fitness Doc!! Glad to see you are back again!!!! I have about another 15 kgs to lose (lost 12 already..took a year!!!) and as my weight loss has slowed down DRAMATICALLY I need to have a good look at my sporadic gym efforts. I am now going to spinning classes 3x week (mon, wed, fri morning) and would like to also go to gym tue & thu afternoons... These 2 extra days should I focus on the curcuit or still cardio?? If the circuit, how many sets and how many reps? Thank you!

Congratulations on your weight loss success!!!

I suggest that you focus on circuit weight training during those 2 extra days in between your spinning classes to help build muscle mass. This will also allow your metabolic rate to increase which will allow your body to burn more calories and assist with weight loss. If you continue a healthy lifestyle, the weight should continue to come off and stay off !!!
