Hi, i need some advise. I have joined the gym tonight. I have a month before my inlaws come over to visit us in the UK and im hoping to loose the 5kg i ave gained over the last year.
If i eat loads of salad and fish and drink loads of water would i loose that weight?
Also i am going to ccle a gm a leas imes a week.
i want to loose the fat around my top legs and my love handles... olease advise what to do to achieve max results??

Hi Charltjies
I'm sure that regular exercise will help you. Unfortunately, there is no simple yes or no answer to any of the questions you have asked. To get to the first one, if you change your diet and eat less fat and less overall energy per day, then all things being equal you should lose weight. However, diet is a little more complex than this and so I must encourage you to see a dietician about your diet if you really want to take it to the next level.
With regards to exercise, cycling is one option - others are walking, jogging, swimming, and taebo/Vbox/aerobics etc. These types of exercise, called cardio training are absolutely vital to your success and I would in fact encourage you to do them at least 3 to 4 times a week.
In one month, you can definitely see change - 5 kg may be a little ambitious, but it's possible to at least get the ball rolling.
Good luck
