Could you please give me exercises to do for my double chin.
I would like to have a firm and muscular neck but don't know which exercises to do.

There are no specific exercises you can do for this, unfortunately - you just have to look at the overall picture, and this means that in order to burn the fat, you need to do cardiovascular exercises as least 4 - 5 times a week for at least 30 - 45 minutes.
