Double chin
I have starting to develop a double chin and would like to know how to get rid of it.

Hi Rissie,

Your chin is made of fat, which can accumulate more fat if the total content of adipose tissue in your body rises. Barring any tumorous mass, there are no "helpful" exercises to specifically get rid of a double chin. You must lose fat weight on your whole body, by diet and/or exercise, to burn more calories than you take in. Cardiovascualr exercises that involve low intensity at a high duration can help.

If you are not overweight and your chin is doubling in size, I suggest that you see a doctor.
