Easy home toning??
Hi there , im a full time female student and cant pinch off some time to go to the gym. Is there any excercises that i can do at home that can tone and scalp my body , its losing weight as such its more firming and toning. If you guys can help let me know asap.

Even if you are to exercise at home, you still need to find a good deal of time each day. Of course, I don't believe that 45 minutes to an hour a day is too much to devote to exercise, but this is what you need to be able to achieve results. I would suggest that what you do is check out the Health24 Fitness page, click on Programmes, and then have a look and see what you are most interested in. These programmes begin at a very basic level, you may be able to jump ahead a few weeks in whichever you choose, but they are pretty comprehensive. You will notice that all the programmes include cardio and resistance training. For your goals of toning, this combination is very vital - you can't rely on just home exercise to tone, it will help a lot, for sure, but the definition and firming will require some cardio training, like walking, running, cycling or aerobics.
