Exercise, what can I do?
I've joined quite a few gyms in my lifetime, always go for a week or two, then i loose interest, i don't like gym. i've tried boxercise, was interesting for a while, but stopped doing that.
Tried squash, have no ball sense whatsoever.

We sometimes walk, but don't like that either, yes, i'm very difficult.

Home exercise never works.

I want to exercise, any ideas?

Gosh, it's hard because you've tried pretty much all the options. Rather than try to sell you ideas in a letter type format, what I would suggest is that you take 30 minutes and check out the health24 site - specifically look at the Shape Up programmes, where you will find a number of different programmes, including one for walking, another for running 10 km, and a cycling one. You can choose which you prefer. These programmes contain both cardiovascular (good for weight loss) and resistance training (for toning the muscles) from home, and so are good overall complete programmes. I also think that something about your approach needs to change - it sounds like you have maybe gone into it with a bit of a grudging motivation, and that is often why two weeks is all it takes to chip away at your interest. One thing that I seriously suggest is that you find a friend to do whatever you choose with you, and another is to set yourself some real goals - if you walk/jog, then set yourself the goal of doing a 5 km run in a month, and a 10 km race in 10 weeks, for example. You have to make all the running, so to speak, and it's entirely up to you, which means that you must commit and then go for it!

Good luck
