Hi Bob

Possibly, if the fatigue is caused by an iron deficiency. If it is not the case, then it won't help at all, and you'll just be wasting money. The only way to ascertain whether you have this deficiency or not is a blood test with a doctor. There are many other causes for this, and so it's worth thinking about going to a doctor and perhaps looking into some tests and supplements. Often, though the fatigue is caused by stress and insufficient sleep and it's a matter of just making some changes to your routine rather than to your diet or supplementation. Again, only you will know whether work stress is excessive or whether you have reason to feel fatigued. If you are working or training particularly hard, then it is actually expected that you will feel tired. The problem comes if that work stress is persistent, and so making changes and taking time off would be advisable. Of course, all this is speculation, but it's worth considering.

Good luck
