Fattening Diet & Exercise
I'm 27yrs old and I weigh 63kg, I need to lose about 4-8kg. I've just started going to gym 3 times a week about 3 weeks aga. I do spinning classes for 45 minutes.
The problem is I like fattening food, like chips, fried eggs, cheese and milk and I cannot control my diet.
Will I still lose weight given my exercise routine and my diet?
Please advice!

All things being equal (which is rarely the case), if you suddenly start an exercise programme and change nothing else, you should lose weight. That's the theory anyway, and it is sound. So, if you have previously been inactve and following a relatively high fat diet, and then you start exercising, then you will certainly be taking a massive step in the right direction. However, the step can become a leap if you just look at this diet as well. I don't want to discourage you from exercise, it's a great idea and I hope you persevere, but the results you achieve will eventually be limited by the diet, and so finding a way to control the diet is vital. I would therefore suggest you get in touch with a dietician and look into this - it doesn't mean you have to starve yourself or eat like a rabbit, it just means being sensible.
It will do a world of good for you in the long run!
