Feeling tonned but still flabby!
I have been doing taebo and resistance training religiously for 2 months now (6 days a week) and have lost only 2kg . I am feeling very fit and healthy but my problem is although I feel tonned and my tummy feels very tight I am still covered in a layer of fat. Am I rushing things or I should reconsider my diet which honestly I feel is appropriate, Ive cut down calories, eat lots of fresh fruit & vegies, almost cut out all refined carbs, drink my 2 liters of water daily.

What could be keeping me from shedding the fat .

I think that your progress is not too bad - having lost 2kg, bear in mind that you are probably also increaing muscle mass, and so that 2kg loss actually represents fat loss of more than this. So take hare from that. You just need to be patient - the problem you have now is very common - it's by far the most common on this forum, and everyone seems to battle with it. You need to a lot of time and effort to start seeing that last little bit of progress. Diet is also absolutely vital and if you feel it is not helping you, then you need to address it, for sure. It can very easily make or break your training, so consider seeing a dietician - you can't simply cut out calories, it doesn't always work and may even harm your progress.

Otherwise, just continue to train as you have been, increase the intensity if you can, and the results will come!
