Flat stomach
I gym to tone my muscles and shape my legs. I also do biking to try lose a few kilos. But i exercise my stomach, but the machine i use is only to flatten you stomach but it seems to work more my legs than my stomach. What other exercise can i do for my waist middel, hips and stomach.I really need to work those parts out.

Please help.

Click on 'Programmes' once you are on the Health24 fitness page, then click on any one of the programmes. They all contain exercises, both cardio and resistance training, which you can do. You will need both, because the cardio is very important in losing weight and fat, and obtaining the appearance you are after.
