Gym training circuit more fast less slow
Is it better on the toining circuit at gym or any circuit to do more reps with a lesser weight or less reps with more weight? I have done taibo for 6 years and am relatvially fit, I now spin regularly and would still like to keep as toned as at taibo. But I do find I can't do many reps with most weights above 10kg. I am 60 kg, 1.68m and my body fat was 20% in May and is rougly the same. Please can you help.

Depends on your goals - given your objective, more reps at a slightly lower weight is probably better, since if you increase the weight, you shift the results from toning towards building muscle a little more. So certainly if you keep the weight a little lower, and aim for perhaps 12 to 15 reps, you'll be OK. Try to find a weight that you can lift perhaps 20 times before you are completely 'exhausted' - that weight is probably about right. Then do 3 sets of about 12 reps.
