Hi Quell

It may well be your migraine problem, though I'm no doctor so I don't know whether the exercise may be causing it. So all I can suggest, and apologies for not being more helpful, is that you must limit the effects of exercise on your blood sugar levels and blood pressure. I say this because blood pressure changes and blood sugar dropping can precipitate headaches as well, and this may be the sole cause, or perhaps it's the trigger for the migraine.

So try drinking something like Powerade during exercise, that may work, or eat something about an hour before you train. Hopefully that will work, otherwise, you may need to consult your doctor about possible medication for the headaches.

Hope this helps
Good luck
