Here comes the bride....
What is the best form of exercise to do if I want to drop a dress size in 5 months? My wedding is in June, help!!!

You need to do something you enjoy!!

I would recommend that you click on the fitness page of this website and try the programme "SHAPE UP FOR SUMMER" - there are many different goals from which you can choose as well as toning exercises to do as well, since a comprehensive programme should include both cardiovascular exercise and toning.

Try to build up to exercising 5 times a week, with a minimum of 30 mins cardiovascular training.
