I think that a lot of your problem is to do with psychology, and less to do with physiology and what you are actually doing in the training. The really simple answer is for me to tell you that this approach, of becoming stressed out and obsessed with training is not a long term plan and you need to really be a little more cautious in your thinking. The use of slimming supplements and crash diets is relatively simple to explain - people use them because they are desperate to lose weight, but they are not long term strategies that will result in success. You really need to just take a step back and think about the process, and it's fairly obvious that if your goal is to get fit, you just need a consistent balance in your life. I don't know what more I can say - this is very much something that you have to address for yourself, and I can only suggest that you temper your enthusiasm. YOu really need to harnass it, and instead of going overboard for a few weeks, with diet and overtraining, just be patient and take more time and you will achieve success. It really is up to you.
