Hi kasandra
I think that another yoga class would be fine - I actually don't think that it's possible to overtrain on yoga, to be honest. At this stage, our understanding of overtraining suggests that it has something to do with the hormonal and neural responses to exercise, and these adaptations or responses are only shown to occur when you do excessive high intensity cardiovascular training. SO, I don't think that another session of yoga will push you into overtraining. It may cause you to be a little stiffer after training, but that should only last a little while before the muscle adapts. All things considered, the low impact of yoga, and relatively low intensity of yoga, you should be comfortable if you add on another session.
Good luck
