Hi CC
I'm not a fan of a muscle drink, and I know that there are very many products out there that claim this, that and the next thing, but I'm yet to see a proper study that proves that a) they work, and b) they are safe. This is the problem in the supplement market, in fact. I do think, however, that if you continue to train, then you will see progress. You certainly are not overweight, as you in fact point out, and so it's not a case for you of having to lose weight like it is for many others, and so I think that if you just continue with these and also add some weight (at worst, get a big heavy book and hold it to your chest as you do the drills) and you will develop the abs over time. But give it a lot of time, because it takes a long time.
Good luck
