Loose skin on stomach
I am 57 and exercise every day from between 35-60 minutes per day. I need a lot of toning on the stomach because I can see loose skin there. Yes I have lost weight and no I am not over weight. I am approximately 5 ft 9" tall and weight 64 kg. I have tried a course of LPG (the machine that is supposed to drain cellulite and tone up skin) and that hasn't seemed to work. I am now trying manual massages. I am also using skin firming creams but so far nothing seems to work. The skin is slack mostly on my stomach but also my legs as well. Is there anything I can do about this?
Hi Sooooz
It's a very difficult thing to try to combat and people have tried all sorts of tricks, like this machine that you attempted. The bad news is that there is not all that much you can do, beyond a point. A certain amount of toning for areas like the arms and legs can help quite effectively with the loose skin appearance, but for the abs it is not so simple. Quite honestly, and I hate to say no, but there is not all that much that can be done.
