Hey, I'm in quite good shape, I exercise 3 times a week, for an hour. I only gain in the hip area, my stomach and lovehandles! How do I get rid of these horrible lovehandles?
Any exercises etc you would recommend?

Pretty much in the same way you are doing, according to your other question. As I said to answer this one (see below), you must make sure you are eating well, give yourself enough time for the training to take effect and finally, it may help to increase the number of days a week of training. Generally, 4 or 5 is suggested, so if you can add 2 days a week, it will make a difference to your results. The key is to be active often, and for a long time, not only every second day for short periods.
