newe effekte
Dagse
Net 'n vraag? Groetnis

Hi Goose

I must confess that I don't know exactly what Eltroxin is, and what its action is. So I would be guessing if I said that I know what it did for exercise. I do know that eltroxin is a thyroid replacement drug, so many of your symptoms could be explained simply by the drug - night sweats, thirst etc. are relatively common. Quite how it interacts with exercise, I don't know. Remember that if your thyroid levels are low, then doing exercise will be quite badly affected. However, if you get the dosage right, then your thyroid levels will be normal and you will actually not be affected. So the key is to make sure that you are taking the right dosage to get your thyroid levels back to normal - perhaps this is all you need to do, and now that you are preparing for the race, your training has become easier, perhaps you need less of the Eltroxin?

That is a guess, and I do think that you should speak with your doctor about it.

Good luck
