oefeninge om gevorm te word<br><br>
Ek is 12 jaar oud en nie vet nie, my gewig is net reg. Ek wil graag oefeninge kry om meer gevorm te word. Ek wil graag dun enkel met kuite hê asook 'n dun middel en plat magie. Wees asb so gaaf en stuur vir my oefeninge wat hierop konsentreer. Ek is baie sportief maar my maag is effens boep en ek het nie kuite nie. my lyf is soort van aanmekaar.

Because you are 12, I am going to give you the most valuable advice you will ever hear about exercise - just play every single sport that you can. Whether it is rugby, tennis, running, soccer, cricket, hockey, you name it. I think that at your age, just playing sport will give you exactly what you are after. I don't think that it is a good idea, or much fun to focus on doing exercises for your body at your age. Rather, you should be playing and this regular exercise, being outdoors as much as you can, will make you super fit and in great shape.
