Oefenprogram ASB??
Ek het asb raad nodig oor 'n oefenprogram. Ek bly in die platteland so daar is nie 'n Gym naby nie. Ek het wel 'n basiese Home Gym, 'n oefenfiets en 'n Healthwalker. Hoe kan ek die drie apparate kombineer om te help met gewigverlies en om my spiere ferm te kry. Ek sukkel met my maag en van my kniee af op. Ek het in die afgelope jaar 23kg verloor met 'n gesonde eetprogram.

The best way to get started is to pick up a programme off this site - check out the Fitness page, then click on Programmes and then have a look through them and see what you think suits your needs and time best. I would recommend one of the Shape up for Summer ones, they are pretty good to begin with. Once you have started, then you can start to play around with the programme, making it more difficult or more interesting if you wish. but the starting point, a basic programme, is best picked up on the site.
