Phedra-Cut: Is it safe?
I would just like to find out if the gyming supplement "Phedra-Cut"- if it is safe to use? ... and is it neccesary?

no it's not, though I'm sure some will disagree. However, a few years ago, PhedraCut was banned in the USA because it was implicated in some sudden deaths during exercise - it's probably a more complex thing than simply saying that phedra-cut causes deaths, it probably takes a lot more, but what is the point of taking the risk? The problem, very briefly, is that phedracut is a stimulant that affects the function of the heart and central nervous system. So the short answer is no it is not safe.

Now, the good news is that it's not necessary, many many people have achieved success without it and many will and so I would encourage you to focus on exercise and diet rather than medical supplements.
