Hi Fitness Doc
Doesn't my question warrant an answer? as I see you have passed mine and answered others sent in after mine.

Hi Theo

of course your question warrants an answer - please don't think that I have deliberately ommitted to answer your questions. What happens is that I answer the questions somewhat haphazardly, because I try to fit answering them in around other activities, and sometimes I answer some questions one day, then don't finish, then pick up the next day and then occasionally I miss out the odd question. So I apologise, but please don't jump to the conclusion that I leave it out on purpose, and I'll go back and correct my error.

Sorry about for the delay
