Every morning after my gym; I start sneezing, coughing so much that sometimes I think I have the flu; But during the day the coughing and sneezing subsides Is there any connection with the gym and these episodes?

POssibly - gyms are often a cause of allergy. To say exactly what the cause is would be guessing - it may be the airconditioning, it may be something in the changerooms, often the indoor pools use chemicals which can be irritant - take your pick. It's hard to say what the cause is. The solution is equally hard. If it is something like an allergy, a sinus attack, or hayfever, you could take an antihistamine before you train, or it might be better to just leave it and accept this attack as inevitable. It may also pay to do some detective work and see if you can find out what causes it - for example, if you are using the locker facilities or changerooms, experiment with your routine and see if there is something that triggers these attacks. The solution then would be simple avoidance of the situation.
