sore muscle
Doc on Tuesday at the gym I weight lifted for the 1st time and now the muscle behing the knee is sore so and I tried rubbing it but with no luck in doing the stiffness away.
please advise me on which excesize to do today and or how can I stretch it.

Your best bet is to rest that muscle and do exercises that don't affect it negatively. I'm sure that you have just strained it slightly, and that within a few days, the pain will subside. If it doesn't go after about 4 days, then you should see a doctor, to see if you have actually torn a muscle, in which case physio and rehan might be required.

When starting out with new exercises, remember to do so VERY gradually, because your muscles are not adapted to these forces yet!
