Spinning?
Hi, Don't know whether you would be able to assist me, but I recently purchased myself a spinning bike. I would like to know where I could get guidelines/programs to use for training on the bike at home? Then on the other hand, I would like to know how I could go about something... We stay in a relative small town, with 2 gym's, but none offer spinning classes. I would like, if possible, to start something like a small spin-gym. How do I go about it, what can I do, and where could I find out regarding training, etc.
