sport supplements
hello my name is kyle boast and i am 16 years of age and have ben wondering if i should take sport supplements(fast grow musle fuel and l-glutamine by usn) to gain lean muscle, i am 55kgs andI do running in the morning for about at about 10k distance 4-5 days a week and have recentle joined a gym and am going there 3-4 times a week so should i take it or not,please tell me what i should to and if it will help me?

No, you are still young and growing, and even for adults, the use of these supplements can be a dodgy business, because they are never tested, they are not known to be safe or harmful, and to be honest, there is not even that much evidence that they work. So quite honestly, it's not worth it.
Also, you are still growing, you're active, getting fitter and so my advice is really to just keep going and see what happens. Diet and exercise are the answer, not supplements.
