Taking to long
Heya,
My height is 1.7m tall and am 63kgs and I am a 25yrs old male.My body fat percentage 13.3. I have been going to the gym for more than 5 months now about 4 times a week. My legs and arms are getting to what I wanted them to look like. Problem is my bulging stomach. I cant get to see my ab's yet. I am in IT and always on the road. I am managing 4-5 small meals a day(like fruit and yohgart) and 8 glasses of water. I am also taking "Ripped" fat busters, but dosn't seem to be working. I hardly drink any alcohal. I do 20min treadmill, 20min bicycle and 10min rowing and then on to about 1hr weights every time I at the gym. I am very dedicated to getting the body I want. I just want a nice 6 pack. Any ideas? Am I maybe over doing things? Must I do more cardio?
Thanks. Sorry about the long read :->

Hello Vacuum Ostrich!
You are quite fit at the moment and doing everything right, including your exercise routine and diet! I believe that you are working in the correct direction and need a little more patience concerning the visibility of your abs. There is no one "exercise" to reveal that six pack, but the less body fat that you have (and 13% is great!) the more that your abs will be visible. The addition of more cardio exercises to burn fat will expediate this process. Perhaps add in some long slow cardio on the weekends. Abdominal strength exercises add definition, but fat loss will ultimately unveil their appearance.
Best of luck.
