Treadmill = sore knees!
I HOPE you can help me Doc... i am 21 yrs, BMI = 21 and go to gym +- 5 times per week. I do brisk walking on the treadmill (speed = 6.8 and NO incline) for about 50mins every day. the problem is my knees - they are so sore the next day. i've tried walking and putting the pressure on the back of my heels, in order to take pressure off my knees but it's difficult to make it a consious effort.
do you have any suggestions or tips?
i love the treadmill and since i've moved from the elliptical to treadmill i can feel and see the difference in my body shape - so i would LOVE to continue on the treadmill!!
