Hi Crys

You are quite right, sometimes you don't actually see weight coming off according to the scale. Sometimes, it is also difficult to see cm come off too, it depends on what you begin with. In your case, you only weigh 60 kg now, and so losing weight is not as easy as for someone who weighs say 90kg. Therefore, it may take some more time, both to lose weight and centimeters. So, for you to have lost 2cm is a good effort. There is no rate that is good or bad, since everyone is different, but you are doing well so far, just keep it up and as long as you feel you are getting fitter and enjoying the exercise, then you are on the right track!

If you feel that your training is too easy, then by all means increase the intensity, but not everyday. Try it for a week or so, once or twice a week only, and see how you feel. Often, this is quite difficult to do, so be cautious about it.

Good luck
