Weight loss
I've just joined the gym, as i have quite a few kg's to lose bfore my wedding in 4 months.

Do you have any pointers as to what to do at the gym? I end up wandering aimlessly, just jumping on whatever piece of equipment is free.

I need to lose about 15kg's.

If your goal is to lose 15kgs before your wedding day in 4 months, you MUST burn more calories than you take in!!! Cardio exercises such as running, cycling, rowing, spinning, aerobic classes and fast circuit weights with high repetiton and low weights would best achieve this goal of weight loss. Aim to lose 1 kg every 1-2 weeks for healthy "fat" loss that will be maintained. It is best to have a plan rather than waste time in the gym!

The longer you can exercise the more calories you will burn and provided that you eat the same, the more weight you will lose.
