Dont know if you would be able to answer this but can you prehaps tell me where I can buy fitness DVD's or videos in South Africa. I am specifically looking for a DVD called "Pick Your Level: Fat to Firm Fast"

The only places I can think to suggest are Sportsmans Warehouses, which often stock these DVDs, and then possibly Kalahari.net for a delivery, if that doesn't pan out. I don't know the specific one you're looking for, but hopefully they'll be able to get it or provide it.
