My boyfriend ha sthese guys buying him expensive prezzies,money. one calls him a lot and takes him out.......and he's always complaining of a sore anus(which he attributes to piles/constipation)

Your assertion that he always complains of a sore anus is ridiculous, to say the least. Since when do guys tell their girlfriends, "My anus is sore"? Anyone who engages in regular anal sex, whether straight or gay, seldom experiences anal pain. I doubt that you're genuine.
