hi Doc
I have a 17 months old daughter and it took me over two years for me to conceive her. I am now ready to have another baby.
I stopped taking jasmin on the 6 july and then i had my periods 9 th July. I have not had a cycle as jet and I did a HPT yesterday and it was negative.
How long does it take for a cycle to regulate after stopping the pill?
does this mean I am not ovulating?
what supplement can i take to speed things up . I heard vitamin B can help. I really dont want to have to wait too long this time.

Have a look at the Top 5 questions on faklling pregnant after stopping the Pill. There isn't really a way of speeding things up. You should be taking folate. Check in 3-4 months whether you are ovulating or not.
