1st trimester stomach cramps
I am 9 weeks pregnant and have been having al of the usual stomach cramps, dizziness & nausea. However after not being able to sleep again last night I got up this morning to go to the bathroom. I had the most incredible stomach pains and was fighting to stay conscious. I know I passed stool, but have no idea if I could have had a miscarriage as I was just so out of it. It only last about 10 min, and after that I was fine. Is this okay for the first trimester? My gynea is away on holiday at the moment, so I can't call her.

What happens when you do have a miscarriage?
You bleed when you miscarry. Your pain sounds more than usual. Your gynaecologist must have a locum. I would suggest that you contact him/her.
