31wks - Sleeping on back - Worried
I'm 31wks pregnant, and find myself sleeping on my back during the night when I wake up for my usual trips to the bathroom. I immideiately turn over on my side, but now I worry that I've done something terrible to my baby. I read that it's very bad for my baby, and that the oxygen supply to my baby could suffer. Is that true. Could I already have damage my baby? What's the worse that could have happened? Baby's till moving nicely.
Please let me know, anyone.

This is true, but I doubt that you will have caused much harm from a few minutes on your back. If you put a pillow under your side, this will help with the position.
