32 weeks pregnant - Colostrum absent???
Dear Doc
i am currently 32 wks pregnant and would love to breastfeed my baby. But up to date I only a little amount of white discharge on some occasions. Could it be that the colostrum still has to appear?
And what if I dont't have any colostrum at all before the birth?
Would I be able to breastfeed?
Regards

Colostrum does not have to appear before the birth. Often it only starts beign produced after delivery.
