please i am concerned I went for my first check up yesterday.
My gynae said she saw a sac but did not see anything inside.
what do you think the problem is. I am also having pains like a bad period.
Is this normal. when can you see the baby.

This is a bit early to see the fetal heart. You should have another scan in a week to 10 days. By this stage it should be visible. If not, it may mean that the fetus has not developed.
