Absent vagina
i have just been told i have not got a vagina but i do have overies and womb will i be able to have children natral after having vaginal reconstruction im 18 yr old confused

If the reconstruction is successful and the vagina is joined to the cervix, you should be able to have children naturally. Discuss this further with you doctor as the specifics would be important.
