Alcohol, smoking and antibiotics
Hi ladies

I was wondering, what if you drink socially, smoke and are taking a course of antibiotics and you fall pregnant, what harm could be done. Obviously if I find out i am preggies, I will stop but i can't stop every month if you know what i mean.

If you stop smoking as soon as you find out you are pregnant, there will probably be no harm. The effect of mild drinking is not really known, but could cause subtle problems such as hyperactivity. Many antibiotics are safe in pregnancy, so it depends which you are taking.
