Bad foods in pregnancy

Does biltong fall under bad foods in pregnancy. i.e raw meats. I had a piece today and only afterwards I realised that it's not cooked properly. I hope I did not harm my baby.

There is a small risk of getting infection from eating uncooked foods, but this risk is very small.
