bleeding after orgasm?

Hi please help. Im absolutely petrified of going to a gynae! I have a fantastic sex life but after I orgasm I feel a pulling sensation in my abdomen and then I bleed. Its not always but enough to have me concerned?

The pulling is probably normal, but the bleeding needs to be checked out. It could just be mild trauma from sex, but you need to see a gynaecologist anyway if you are sexually active.
