Bleeding after sex
Hi doc,
Almost every time my husband and I have sex, I bleed. And a fair amount too. The blood is bright red. This has only started happening for the last few months. The sex isn't necessarily 'rough' to cause bleeding either ... And I bleed the next day too.
Should I be as concerned about this as I currently am?
(I had a D&C after a miscarriage at the end of last year).

Lesions of the cervix often cause bleeding after sex. You should see a gynaecologist for a pap smear and internal examination.
